Highlight Night 2009 Report

Highlight Night 2009 was an amazing outpouring of love on a night where darkness typically prevails. In our 18th year, HLN was a success on many fronts….we had record attendance from the community and involvement from the LCC family. We had 258 LCC adults and kids involved as volunteers this year to help with booths, food, parking, registration, security, and other jobs.  We were also really excited to partner with La Vida Abundante (Spanish-speaking church in Longview) this year to help us reach out to the spanish-speaking community.  From the community we had an estimated attendance of 2203….almost 500 more than any year to date! Pray for the impact this event has on those who visited and those of you who helped before, during and after the event.

Follow Up

Don’t forget that we will have 2 follow up calling nights THIS Monday (9th) and Tuesday (10th) Night from 6:30 to 8:30PM. These calls are simply to thank people for attending, listen to comments, and ask for prayer requests. This has proven to be an effective “next step” to connect with our HLN guests.
