Mysteries of the Summerverse

LCC Youth Ministry is introduces our theme of events for the Summer of 2009.

There are many mysteries about God that we cannot even begin to understand. There are also some mysteries about Him that we know about but don’t completely make sense. This Summer, we’re going to explore some of those mysteries, and there will be a surprise around every corner (or just every Wednesday Night)!
Each Wednesday Night this Summer come prepared to go somewhere new, and do something different. Each night is supposed to be mysterious. All that we can tell you is that you may or may not need the items that are needed, so you should make sure that you bring them. Since we’ll be traveling to an undisclosed location each week, make sure to arrive at or before 6:30pm, and we’ll be returning to the church by 8:30pm instead of our normal 8:00pm.
Also, the whole Summer will build up to our final event. The Mystery Road Trip. So, mark your calendar for August 7&8. You won’t wanna miss it!

6-10 Ripple (Need: Swimsuit, Towel, Pencil)

6-24 Upside-Down (Need: Dirty Clothes, String)

7-01 Iron (Need: Favorite Vegetable Hammer)

7-08 Diabolic (Need: Tennis Shoes, A Spice)

7-15 Ashes (Need: Aluminum Foil)

7-22 Swept (Need: Shoes, Broom, Sunscreen)

7-29 Molecular (Need: Shoes, Battery)

8-12 Quest (Need: Hat, Light Bulb)

8-19 Rank (Need: Dirty Clothes, Towel, Leftover Food, Change of Clothes)

8-26 Awestruck (Need: Swimsuit, Towel, Pencil)
